I am sorry but the hotel was far to expensive for what it is...
I am sorry but the hotel was far to expensive for what it is, the beach is like a rubbish tip, the government really should do something about your people putting all the rubbish into the ocean and spoiling it with plastic. They really need to be educated on what damage it is doing to our sea life. The sand in front of the hotel is clean but walk a metre either side and it is disgraceful. I personally picked up so much rubbish and still could be there doing it......Bohol people please wake up.....

The welcome, the help, the proximity to the beach, the beach...
The welcome, the help, the proximity to the beach, the beach itself, the restaurant / lounge area were all great. Had a very good stay. Loved the tranquillity. I had a problem with my credit card and Christine at check out was very helpful and accommodating.
Toilet didn't flush paper away properly - had to flush 2 or 3 times wasting water. Seat was a bit unstable.

Overpriced for the room as wasn’t in good condition, friendly staff, very relaxing
The staff are super friendly, really couldn’t do enough for you, they are in fact SO nice it made me feel bad to write down our bad experience. The beach is nice, don’t be put off by the sea grass it doesn’t hurt! Free kayak, paddle board, snorkelling bits, free shuttle Quiet (apart from the dogs that had a tear up every morning about 5.30am) Food was ok.
The room pictured was not the same as what we stayed in. Our room was damp and small and the sheets were damp, it didn’t particularly smell nice either. Unfortunately there was a mix up with payment for some beers, which we did pay for. A member of staff said we didn’t. Unfortunately they persisted to hound us down like thieves contacting the taxi driver to say that In fact they didn’t believe we paid. We paid again however it wasn’t a pleasant experience to be called liars.

What was the highlight of Momo Beach House
Pleasant
Perfect place for relaxation and quiet time. They provide canoes, snorkels etc for free. The food and drinks were better than we expected. Staffs are friendly and polite.
The room was small. WiFi doesn’t work in the rooms. The water from the taps tasted like it was seawater.
